Rethinking NYC transit and PennStation
Rethink NYC is an organization dedicated to applying
innovative thinking to the future of New
York City and its greater region. RethinkNYC developed
an alternative proposal for the development
of Penn station which rethinks Armtrack’s
Penn Station Expansion, ESDC (Empire State Development
Corporation), and NYCEDC Sunnyside
towards an integrative land use and transportation
plan.
